Please note that in some countries they will add national taxes on the items that are shipped. OAKS & PHOENIX is not responsible for VAT or other cost that may be added to the items that are shipped.

Our estimated delivery time is:

Denmark: 1-3 business days - Shipped by GLS

Europe: 2-5 business days - Shipped by UPS

Rest of the world: 3-6 business days - Shipped by UPS

Return policy:

Satisfaction is guaranteed. We are completely confident that you will love your OAKS & PHOENIX product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with it, you may return the product for a full refund. All shipping cost is held by the customer - Our return policy states that in the event of a refund, the customer is responsible for the return of the product(s) to our designated address (please contact OAKS & PHOENIX for the designated address) . The customer is responsible for the shipment of the product(s) until they are safely received at our designated facility.

All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Returned items should be in good and undamaged condition. If returned goods show signs of damage or use OAKS & PHOENIX preserves the right to reject the return.
