When shopping at our webshop, you have the 24-month warranty. This means that you either get the item you bought repaired or replaced, refunded or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
The complain/appeal must be given within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product. If a complaint is given to OAKS & PHOENIX within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable freight costs that you may have in connection with returning the product when the claim is justified.
